Freehold Offer Collection
DLB issues freehold offer. Physical paper must be picked up and taken to MZO.
MZO Instruction Process
MZO processes freehold to give instruction to survey (3 weeks).
MZO Instruction Issued
Instruction to survey physical letter is issued by MZO.
Final Survey
Final survey by FORT-SURVEYORS is done (1 week).
Deed Plan Processing
Final survey submitted back to MZO to process a Deed plan (3 weeks).
Deed Plan Issued
MZO issues a deed plan (physical paper has to be picked up).
Cover Letter Submission
Cover letter written, attached to deed plan, and sent back to MZO (2 weeks).
Land Title Issuance
MZO replies with the land title (3 weeks).
Completion
Process complete. Land title received.
